Harassment by Loan Recover Agant

I took a short term loan from SIMPL LOAN for Rs. 5000. Few days overdue was there but the collection agents started threatening calls (from whatsapp number +[deleted] and voice call from a number where incoming is not available- [deleted]). I requested that I will pay but they keep on continuously making absurd calls to me and my wife and they started contacted my contacts. I told them that my wife is a neuro patient and had a brain stroke just in one and half year so they should not harrass her as I am ready to pay it in some time. But they said that "abhi ruk jara teri biwi ko itna torture karunga ki tum dono suicide kar loge.. tujhe sadak par nanga nachwata hu.. tere sare relatives and contacts ko cal karke bolunga ki tu chor hai aur teri aur teri biwi ki itni beijaati karunga ki tum dono sadko par bikte firoge".. I requested to wait for some more time till I arrange funds as my finds were getting delayed from office for few days. But they continued calling her and humiliating her. They used very wrong and foul language that should be used with a lady and my wife told many a times that you are using such a foul language that should not be used to a lady. But the agent even told her that you should sale yourself to pay the loan and much shameful talks. He contacted many of my contacts to defame me and breached the privacy and harrassed me infront of my relatives and friends etc. I request you to kindly take a strong legal action against the bank as per the law and the collection agency. I would like to file a case of harrassment, mental torture and defamation against them.
