Nuisance in the society caused by stray dogs and the care-taker

We are writing this email to notify the Nuisance in the society caused by stray dogs and the care-taker - One of the Member Flat 101- is having 10-12 stray dogs and Taking care of dogs is welcomed by society but this should not cause any nuisance to the Society Members. We have tried to communicate this so many times, but she does not want to understand our concerns. Concern of the Society: • All the stray dogs are roaming without care-taker / owner in the building premises and even on the building staircase, because of this so many people are scared to come inside or go outside the building. • Multiple incidents were your stary pets have done the poop on the society premises (entrance lobby, staircase etc.) When we ask you to clean, she cleaned by throwing water. When we ask her to clean with the phenyl so there won’t be smell. She refuses and said “Mujhe to smell nhi aa rhi hai, tum logo ka problem hai. Mujhe nhi karna, jo karna hai kar lo”. • Multiple incidents where Bike seats have torn by your stray dogs and it’s a financial loss for member and you should pay, but she refuses. • Most of them Dogs are sitting outside of her house (Flat 101) and she always open her windows and because of this there is un-bearable smell, other 3 flats on 1st floor and 2nd floor 4 flats. • Most of stray dogs are aggressive and smell people & come body whenever they come in or Go-out and when we told the same to the caretaker she tell “Dogs are playing and they won’t do anything, but as a person it’s scary” There are so many incident happens when 5-6 dogs are attacking a Men/Women/Boy/Girl when they are coming in the building. (recording of the couple of incidents are attached) After happening this incident, we have requested Leena to keep their dogs on the leash in the public place to avoid the issue. Instead of taking action she refuses and say "Jo karna hai kar lo, m nhi karungi" and if we say we will take legal action she tell us "Pehle bhi bhot ne kiya hai, kuch nhi hua hai aur aage bhi nhi hoga". • Whenever we say if you want to take Stray Dogs them inside the building you have to own the responsibilities of each and every action of the dogs then she refuses and say these dogs are stray dogs and I am only taking care of them." What we can do.
