Illegally created boundary 30feet road instead of passage

My grandfather and my father executed a registered sale deed of 0-05 guntas , 0-05 guntas and 0-03 guntas agricultural land in same survey number to three different persons , in thier sale deeds the north side boundaries mentioned as "PASSAGE" .then They three vendors combinedly again sold their property 0-05 guntas and 0-05 and 0-03 guntas agricultural land to one person with two separate documents in 2018. Then three vendors executed a registered sale deed to other person in that sale deed they created north side boundary as "30 FEET ROAD" instead of " PASSAGE" , there is physically and officially no 30 feet Road . Then the new vendor created 30 feet road and obtained permission from municipality and proceeding construction. There is only passage , no 30 feet road , he is showing my land as road of 30 feet to their customers and doing sales of his flats , in future my land is effected so give me right suggestions what can I do I filed a injunction suit I obatianed status quo order but his construction is still going on , what is the passage means I am not understanding , passage means how many feets , pls give me any suggestions what can I do thanking you
