Questions regarding resignation

I have sent my resignation on mail on 12th July. I have requested for early relieving on 3rd August. The employer said that I cannot leave until I find my replacement and train them. According to the terms of my employement, I have a 30 day notice period from the time of acceptance of resignation. My boss sent me the following message as a reply to my resignation email : "Dear Vinisha, It saddens me to relieve you , but I wish the best for you . But you must train and handover to someone before you leave , you have not given enough time for a replacement, neither did you inform us in advance about your plans , since you are persuading further studies . It must have been a long time since I you planned it and you should have informed us about the same . You know you were completely incharge of the business and responsible for it . Such short notice is not in favour of the business or the company " Is this not a proof of acceptance? Now that I am willing to work till 12th of August, he tells me that it is 30 days after the acceptance and that he hasnt accepted it. While I handed my resignation, he didnt reject it!! Now I am working hard to find my replacement (even though I am a technical person, not an HR). My boss is delaying the process of hiring someone and not giving me dates for scheduling interviews.. Is it okay for me to leave after 12th August? Also, I am the only employee in this company now. Everyone else has left.
