High Court Order, dated 16-01-2020, in Service matter regarding Arrears of salary
1. As per the High Court order, I sent my representation on [deleted], [deleted], [deleted] and [deleted],
2. Commissioner of Collegiate Education Sent a letter to Concerned Joint Directors regarding Arrears of Salary as per law.
3. Joint Directors, Sent letter to College in regard with Arrears of salary by taking their own time.
4. Principal of College has submitted the Arrears taking their own time of 50 days.
5. I asked the Joint Director to provide me the Arrears bill submitted by the College under RTI Act 2005.
6. Again Joint Director has written letter to principal to submit the arrears bill on [deleted]
7. Accordingly Principal has sent the Arrears bill, it was approved by the Joint Director, a sent a copy of approved bill to College to release to me, then after one weak he withdrawn the sectioned order.
8. then he asked me to submit more bill.
9. in this way officers had taken about on and half year, still, the arrears has not released.
10. Can I file a contempt case against the respondents. please guide me, as it is more than one year time period.. the delay is by the concerned officers.
