Experience certificate missing from personal file.
In 2012 my department advertised a post which had eligibility of having experience of 2 years in govt organization . I had two experience at that time - 3 years experience in govt organization & 2 year experience in private organization. i submitted both my experience certificate during interview & got selected. But experience certificate of my govt organization is now missing from my personal file. One of the employee of my office complained that i did not have any required experience of govt organization at the time of interview . My department done a fact finding inquiry & reported that i have not submitted required experience certificate during interview. so they charge- sheeted me by framing charges that
1 I was not fulfilling the requisite qualification.
2 At the time of interview for the i had not produced his experience certificate of govt organization..
3 The experience certificate found to be issued by private organization.
4 In order to have appointment I cheated the office.
But in charge sheet they also mentioned that now department got the experience certificate of govt organization from me which are verified from the concern department & found correct.
so plz tell me what will be outcome of this case.
