Specialist Officer assigned Generalist Role

I am a Specialist Officer with PSU bank. I was recruited in 2018 for specify role on Stressed Asset Resolution of the bank. I have been confirmed in service in time and have got Achievers award from the bank. Recently I discovered breach of bank circulars in a case and I reported to higher management. Rather than complacent of bank circulars bank management has transfered me to a branch 60kmsaway from my home and in a Generalist Cadre role(I was recruited in specialistcadre). There is a supreme court judgement in which is held that Specialist officers have A specify role to play as per area of Specialization.thry have advisory role to play in the bank. While Generalist officers run business operations of the bank I have represented on emails against the decision and hand yet not joined at the transferee branch given breach of offer of appointment as a Specialist. HR is not responding to my written email requests and unofficially saying salary will be stopped in case I don't join in Generalist role. What should I do.
