Dissolve partnership

Hi, i and my friend has started the salon business without agreement. We both work in salon in hair and beauty. In four months our business was not in good position . It was in loss , sometime no profit no loss. After 5 months my partner was not able to pay the loss and she askd me to dissolve the partnership . But initially i told her that we will atleast run the business for 1 year ,if we get loss we will shutdown and she agreed. Now she told me this and stop ccoming from another day. I was not having much money to give salary to other staff on her place but still i dnt want to shut business i ran the business in loses but in april2020 corona pandemic happen and i did bare all loses. I borrow money and paid rent. She always cals and ask me for money she invested in business but i did not return as i dont hve.then in Feb end i decided to shut the business and told her that i will give you some asset after shutting the shop and she left me inbetween and i hve bare all expenses after that. Now she is asking me equaly assest.furniture . But truth is my business got ruined bcz she left me in between . I hve invested around 1000000 and she 4.5lakh at the time of starting busines but after she left i invested more 3 lakh. By borrowing money from friends on interest. Problem is she is asking me equal share in asset . I am not giving her much less things .. but just taking 4 stuff extra which costs not less then 30000.
