On Duty Accident - compensation Claim

Hello I need your help , I have joined kolkata based pvt. Ltd. construction company on feb 2014 as site engineer . I had joined the company as a fresher at the age of 23 without any appointment letter or any other written documents. During the work period I had asked for appointment letter several time but I got the same answer that would be issued later. Still I am not aware of any company policies. On Nov 2014 I have met an accident on duty while coming back from site on company vehicle, that fractured my one leg and completely broke femur . I had to undergo an operation and had to place nail into femur. doctor advised complete bed rest for 5 months and . After 8 months, now I can walk but not properly and bounded with total restrictions. Doctor has totally restricted any kind of hard work , weight bearing , run, etc for 2-3 years until the nail is removed from my femur I.e I have to undergo another operation after 2-3 years. During this entire period company only bears hospital costing approximately 60k ( I am not satisfied with this quality of treatment ) and 40% of salary for one month only . Whereas I have already spent more than 50k after operation and more to go and also the operation to follow . Now , when I am contacting to the company they are ignoring , refuse to talk . It makes me totally worthless and burden for my family. I belong from simple middle class family. it creates a tremendous critical situations for my life , career , family in both physically , mentally and financially. In this situation, * What would be the companies responsibility? * What I deserve? * What should I do? Kindly help me to find out the positive solution . . .
