Regarding building construction by blocking road
We are in the 16th plot and as per the plan, we have 50 feet road infront of our home. It was provided initially keeping the road extension in mind.
for past 22 years i.e. right from beginning, government hasn't laid any road or street light. also we dont have street names. We used to use the main street name as ours.
to our left, we have a main street to which this 50feet road is connected... to our right, there was a vacant land which never fell into category of any of the adjacent plots.. after that land , again 50feet road is there.
the owner of the land is constructing a gated community in between.
1. Is it legal to have a land in between these two roads?
2. The 50feet road infront is not registered in the government because they haven't laid road so far. the owner of the land wants to use this road. other than this road he is having two more way.. is it okay to ask him not to use our road?
3. people working their are parking their bikes infront of our house.
is it legal to park infront of our building?
4. how to go about with this issue and what could happen?
