Non issuance of experience and relieving letter
I have worked for an private organisation for 1.7 years, I resigned the company on 03/07/2020 and served the notice period of one month and my last day with the company was on 03/08/2020. I had left the company with all the proper exit formalities.
After 10 months also, I have'nt receievd my experience letter, even after constant followups. When I spoke to the CEO regarding the same, the same he gave is that the GM of the companay has some personal grudges aginst me.
They had also tampered my details in my PF account, but because of my active followups they had to
correct it, and I got my PF after 7 months.
They are asking me to give them acknowlegment, that all the issues have been resolved from their end, but without getting my experience letter, how can I give them acknowledgment, because of their this act I lost my mental peace since last 10 months. and non availibility of the documents is also leading me in facing financial issue as without complete documents I am not getting another job.
