Wrongfully termination of employment

Hello, I work with a Pvt. Manufacturing company as an office assistant. I started working in Nov'20 and had a probation period of 6 months which had completed in April or if we go by date then it completed on 9 May. I gave my 100 percent to this job and gave more than the last employee for sure. This I can say by seeing her last mails. Its a very small office, 5 employees and other all employees are in the factory or other states. I had sent them the mail, asking for confirmation on employment on 1 June'20 , so in this office only few emails get replied by MD or his son and for few they just give me a call or convey just like that. So in response to my mail they did not give me on written, but the MD of the company has verbally told me that you can prepare your confirmation letter and get it checked from me and the other employee who handles sales and hr related issue will sign (he is employed there from past so many years). I did the same but it's been almost 4 to 5 days, I am getting the vibe that they are just getting it delay.. and today I gave them on letterhead too as asked by the employee who handles HR related work. But today also he did not do any sign on the same. Also would like to mention, never had a fight with any person, never did any misconduct too so that also couldn't be the reson for termination. I would like to know my rights in this situation if something goes wrong.
