Breaking bond

Hi, I am working in an organisation for 10 months now, and there is a 2 year bond period worth 2 lakhs. According to the company termination rule :- The right to terminate the contract of employment can be exercised by you upon giving at least three month's notice to that effect in writing. For avoidance of doubt such a right cannot be exercised before the expiry of the 2 years period as stipulated in the Letter of Undertaking. However, if you terminate the contract of employment before the expiry of 2 years, the Company is entitled to receive the sum of Liquidated Damages as stipulated in the Letter of Undertaking executed by you. Now, I am willing to pay the organisation and leave by breaking the bond as I have got a good opportunity in another company. According to the abovementioned rule , do I have to serve the notice period also, as I don't have that long , only few days until joining date given by new employer. Please clarify. If I am asked to serve 3 month but don't have any time for that , please suggest if anything else can be done.
