Reference: Your Email dated May 21 ,2021. Dear Sir, Apropos the subject and the reference cited above ,I would like to clarify and submit as under: * I , Sheetal Gopal Agrahari, got married to Mr.Vijay Gupta on ---- as per the Marriage Certificate/Divorce Document submitted earlier. *Unfortunately, during a few days of our married life,we developed very painful and uncomfortable relationship. Due to this genuine reason, I couldn't apply for the change of name i.e. From Sheetal Gopal Agrahari to Sheetal Vijay Gupta. *So my name remained unchanged as "Sheetal Gopal Agrahari" even after my first marriage with Mr.Vijay Gupta.As such,I do not have the copy of the Gazzette showing the above change. * At the time of my remarriage with Mr. Rahul Sinha (after having sought judicially approved Divorce from Mr.Vijay Gupta)on ----, my name as per the available legal documents was "Sheetal Gopal Agrahari". * Consequent upon my remarriage ,my name was changed from Sheetal Gopal Agrahari to Sheetal Rahul Sinha. The legal copy the Gazzette showing this name change has already been submitted to your esteemed office. Hope this clarifies the matter to your fullest satisfaction.
