What are my rights after being terminated by a PSU after Probation Period.

Sir, I was recruited on Life Insurance Corporation of India as Apprentice Development Officer. First I was subjected to 1 month classroom training and then I was given posting in my office and trained onsight for 1 month. After completion of 2 months of apprentice period I was given 1 year of Probationary Development Officer were I was given a target of recruiting 15 Agents, procure 19 lakh schedule income to company and get 300 insurance policy through my agents. After that pandemic came and I couldn't move on field due to government restrictions. I was then terminated after 1 year because I couldn't meet the target sighting unsatisfactory performance. I was terminated on 17th February saying that my termination was effective from 1st February (back dated). I was given no leave encashment , no pay for 17 days of additional service. Now when central government increased the salaries of all the employees of LIC, all the probationary officers who were on extended probation also got arrears of approx 1,38,000 rupees. Am I or am I not entitled to the benefits?
