100 rs stamp paper

Good Morning sir/madam I worked in one company it is work from home they told that if you finish your work I.e., 1000 form if you enter then you will get payment if you not did then you have to pay like this situation. Now even though if we complete the form they are telling you submitted the form but 200 form is wrong so you have to pay and I asked him send me the wrong form that I have to check once again, but those guys till now they not send me the form and they are asking money not only me but some other people also they are asking money. And they took the bond. And in website consumer complaint court so many people are messaging they are asking money from us because we not completed and saying if you not paid then ipc 73 74 75 they are telling we will put case on you so many people are helpless. So my question is How to check 100rs stamp paper is real or fake?? In 100 rs stamp paper is serial number in stamp paper is important?? Can serial number will be same in all 100rs stamp paper or different?? If serial number in stamp paper is same then it is real or fake. The date in 100rs stamp paper is 2019 so my doubt is this a valid in 2021?? Please help me I need answer.
