How to deal with Abscond word while interview.

Sir while leaving the organization I dropped a mail to client which is very happy with my service and my company is taking advantage of that and also explain about not continuation with the company for the salary part and also not giving us chance to upgrade to next level. So I left the company. My HR knows that why I let the company I have already discuss my problem with her. She was trying to convince me I will increase your salary stay with us, but I know the HR and company. I work with company for 4 yrs, in that I requested company for give a chance to upgrade to next level, but know response from the company. Sir what I can do now. I am not Abscond from the company only I resigned company without serving notice period. Sir New company HR’S are asking me for reliving letter or they use word Abscond which feel very bad. Sir sometimes employees are frustrated with the company and companies are taking advantage of them and you see other company HR give add that immediate joinery is required. I feel HR is not HUMAN RESOURSES – it is HUMAN HARESMENT Sir give me solution please
