Change of address

I had applied for the MCD teacher exam in 2010 at govt. selection Board (DSSSB) for post code 68/10. In 2012, I got married and changed my address. In 2013, DSSSB again notified vacancy of teacher for another govt. Department for post code 03/13 and I also applied for this vacancy with new address. In 2014, DSSSB decided to conduct common exam for both post code and uploaded admit card online. I downloaded my admit card for 68/10 post code and I noticed my old residential address on admit card. I was not issued admit card for 03/13 post code on the reason "incomplete information". I approached to DSSSB for change of address and submitted my application in this regard. Since this application was submitted in drop box kept at Board premises, no acknowledgement was provided to me. Two days before exam, DSSSB issued a circular stating that candidate are advised to appear in exam and modication in detail like chage in name, DOB, father name etc. can be done later at time of selection. I appeared in exam in Aug 2014. Result was declared in Dec 2015 and I got failed by one mark. so I ended my hope due to failure. But in 2016, court noticed that there was some discrepancy in processing the result, therefore, at the instance of court, DSSSB issued an additional result in 2017, wherein I was also recommended for appointment. But this was not intimated to me by DSSSB rather my documents were sent to MCD for appointment and old address was given by DSSSB to MCD. accordinlgy MCD sent appointment letter at my old address. The recruitment process was closed in 2019 and my file was also closed. This fact came to my knowledge recently in March 2021 and I have sent a representation letter to DSSSB. I have following queries: 1. what is the merit of my case. 2. I want to fight this case because I had informed DSSSB about change of address but I dont have any evidence. Then How can I prove this. 3. I had also mentioned my new address for post code 03/13 application form but the same was rejected by Board. Besides, I had also downloaded my admit card from DSSSB portal namely OARS. It is pertinent to mention that this is a portal where candidate can create their permanent profile and I had updated my new address in 2012 itself. Whether these facts can help me to strengthen the case. 4. as mentioned above, DSSSB had promised through its circular to update all detail at time of selection but I was not provided any opportunity and my document were directly sent to MCD for appointment with old address. 5. Since the recruitment process is closed, whether my case has merit because I was neither aware nor responsbile for this delay. 6. I have plea that if DSSSB would have processed the result correctly in 2015, my name would appear in first list and since I was actively seeing DSSSB website, I would approach it for any delay in issuing appointment letter. so due to mistake in preparing result, I was deprived opportunity of representation.
