I need to breach my employment bond
I entered into a startup with a bond of 18 months. The company has a very abusive degrading and depressing work culture that is very harmful to mental health. I wish to exit the company by breaching the contract.
My contract states that:
1. I'll have to payback time 75% of the salary I have received during the training period (6 months, Rs.468/day of training, 30 days average month calendar) as compensation for the training and man-hours during leaving the company(there were no training or training materials involved)
2. I'll have to pay a one-time recruitment fixed cost of rs 15000 during leaving the company (it was conducted over zoom and it was conducted as remote campus recruitment of an interview of 10-15 mins)
3. I'll have to pay a one-time fixed cost of training of Rs. 6250 during the time of leaving the company.
4. The employment can only be ended after the settlement of the above costs
5. My training and probation period which was determined to be 6 months can be extended up to 9 months.
6. My employment will be converted into permanent only after a performance review of the training period.
My current condition:
1. I am still on probation and this is my 8th month going on. They did not review my performance at the end of 6 months and kept me waiting on without formal or official communication.
2. Blocked my January salary which, I should receive on Feb 5th, they threatened me of firing and disbursed my salary after 10 days effective about the 15th of Feb.
3 [IMP] My monthly salary breakup provided to me in the offer letter for the probation period has a deduction component of training cost of Rs. 6250, deducted each month from my salary.
4. The employment contract was signed through legality(dot) com which I signed using the Aadhar based signatures on each page, but no employer side signatures, aadhaar based signatures, or e-signs signatures are there in my copy of the agreement, just the typed undersigned of the HR at the bottom of the document (not on each page like I have an e-sign at the end of each page of the contract)
I want to know if such a bond is enforcible in the court or does a bond with such demanded compensations is actually valid. My pay scale is rs.18750/month and post-training and after appointment as a full time, it would've become 25k/month
