Company is not giving me onboarding date

My self Anita Pundhir, I got selected Tried Square Infosec(Banglore) for HCL client. I got an offer letter on17th Feb2021 for Quality Analyst Medical Device and the joining date was 22nd Feb to 28th Feb 2021 and today is 11 April 2021 it's almost  2months now and I am not getting any update after several follow-ups. Before accepting this offer I already have another opportunity in my hand but I chose HCL. Tried HR  replied  3days back that she needs to get confirmation from the client to onboard. if Triad doesn't have any project confirmation from the client then how Triad can appoint any candidate. all required documentation has been completed like BGV, got the offer letter, HCL discovery email, NDA signed with HCL. herewith some attachment as proof for confirmation.      Now after 2 months they are telling me that the client is not confirming the onboarding date. Triad HR is telling me that they haven't got the project approval. How can any company be so irresponsible? If there was an issue between Triad and HCL then why are we going to bear the loss? It's almost 2months and I am losing my faith in this opportunity.I am undergoing emotional trauma and physiological harassment. This harassment is affecting my life. Can I ask for compensation or file a mental harassment case?
