Recruitment by Punjab state Corporation of Assistant Engineer.

Punjab State Corporation Ltd. Advertised 100 Vacancy of Assistant Engineer in 2014.Some Distance education Candidate file a case against above stated vacancy and high Court chandiagrh put stay on 15 no. of posts and in final judgment allow corporation to Conduct fresh exam for 15 no. seats . Corporation filed LPA against judgment as 15 no. of student as party and board as party case continue with dates .In 2018 supreme court in case "Orissa Lift Irrigation Corp. Ltd vs Rabi Sankar Patro & Others" gave historical judgment and declare all correspondence degree in B-tech as Null and void. in 2019. High court gave date for Final judgment on 24 feb 2019 and instruct all party to attended court. On next date neither board Lawyer nor 15 candidate lawyer attend case and court gave next date it repeat on every date and till date case is hanging in loop. As neither a party nor respondent . we file a case in 2019 to become a party and and court gave us a date and from last 1 and half year no hearing takes place due to corona crisis . In 2019 Supreme court in case no. 1510 of 2018 dismiss petition of candidate of corresponds candidate which makes our point stronger. My Queries are below. 1. is it compulsory for corporation for final verdict of LPA as high court and supreme court declare Correspondence B-tech null and void. 2. As no party attend LPA dates can we become party in LPA at this stage as board make excuse for pendency of LPA and denies us opportunity to join . 3.Is there any legal remedy for me. 4. how to claim our seats .please guide us.
