Argument in Central Administrative Tribunal and filing rejoinder - Reg
Sir,
I am the Applicant for a case filed in Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). I wanted to know the procedure of Arguments held in CAT. I came to know that there are no framing of issues in CAT like a CIVIL SUIT in regular courts.
a) Whether the arguments are held as per para-wise write-up made in the Original Application? Or it is made random (since there are no framing of issues in CAT?
b) Whether the arguments are conducted like a "Television debates" where different parties interrupt, shout and make arguments?
c) Whether the argument is "by turn" for example,. first Applicant and next Respondents?
d) Can Respondents interrupt Applicant during his turn of argument and in turn whether Applicant can interrupt Respondents during their turn of argument?
e) Whether Hon.Court grant sufficient time for Applicant to put forth his argument?
f) Is there a time limit within which the Applicant has to complete his argument?
g) If the time is short, can Applicant make request to judges for providing sufficient time to complete the argument?
h) Now, Hon.CAT has issued notice to respondents during first listing of the case. Whether Hon.CAT give me opportunity to read the respondent reply and if required allow me to file rejoinder?
So, I would like to know the procedure and decorum of how Arguments are conducted in Central Administrative Tribunal and the procedure to file rejoinder, if any
Advance thanks,
I am asking the above doubts for free advice, please.
