Land dispute
My grandfather has 5 sons and my father is eldest. After marriage my father leaving house and worked in nearby village . the youngest one is taken care of the land my grand father has,which is an extend of 12.5 cents.but in mother document (Thai pathiram in Tamil) it denoted as 16 cents, my 4 uncles went to sell the land due to austerity.at that time my father want to buy that land because of my father grown up at that land,so he got loan from local lenders and buy the 4/6(8cents)th of the land and give 2/6th to the youngest as he taken care of my grand mother at her last time and the deed was settled on 2000, (but wrongly the document writer divide this into 8cents for ourselves and remaining 8cents for my youngest uncle,but the land has only 12.5 cent extent)the has a boundary of road on southern part and northern part deed released to our youngest at the same date ,as my youngest uncle's land is back of our land from road side he has no pathway and use our land as we are in a close relationship with each other,but in 2014 they propose a separate pathway , we agreed to give 8feet pathway and we now lost 0.5 cents due to that and now have only 7.5cents, after this settlement my father passes away in feb2015 ,now by using that wrong document which mention 8 cents for him but it now has only 5cents (including 0.5cents we gave) they got injunction from court for demarcation of their 8cents(which in reality only has 5 cents) what can we do ,can we built a compound wall , will the injunction be broken......
