Non-solicitation of clients

Hi Experts, I have resigned from XYZ organization and i have received a NDA form on last day as part of exit formalities which includes this below clause. Please let me know if this clause restricts me to join as a Full time employee for any of the client's of XYZ organization for 12months. Non-solicitation of clients 1. I agree for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of closure of my employment with XYZ Organization not to directly or indirectly solicit competitive business from any client or customer of the organization (including any potential client of XYZ Organization that was contacted, solicited, or served by me or about which I received confidential information while I was employed by XYZ Organization, nor for the same period of time, will I perform services or accept any business, competitive with that of XYZ Organization, directly or indirectly from any of the customers and clients described above, which involves me performing similar functions or acting in a similar capacity as when employed with XYZ Organization.
