Money recovery asking more money

I had taken 70000 rupees from a friend , and before it I had taken a lot of money which I repaid him he used to give it at 20% interest later when he gave me 20000 once 30000 once and a little little amount it went to 70000 and I myself said at that situation I will give you more interest as I was in depression and need at that time. And the time I was asked to clear all this money was not even a month. Later after few weeks he started saying you are getting late you will get a fine of 1500 rupees daily I agreed because I couldn’t understand anything at that time I paid him 1500 for almost 45 days and after that I gave him 22000 more and again 6000 like this like this he just said me this is all your fine of late now you have to give total 2lakhs , 2,3 time he came and took my bike he’s saying that money is of someone else he’s lying and he doesn’t have any written document nor license that’s his wife’s money he gives to people and now he’s harrasing clear all the money or else I will tell your parents. As I have already cleared but he’s saying that’s all fine. 96000 rupees is fine he’s saying and he’s aggrying saying I know you have given more then you took but that’s all fine and if you don’t give I will take your bike let whoever you want put in middle police advocate, and money was half given on cash half on google pay I also have proff of returning him online and he’s aggrying I paid more then I took in 5months still he’s just behind me I am not scared please give solution.
