Family Dispute

Hi All, My brother is 35 year old and married and has a 4 year old son. My father passed away 28 years ago. My mother never got any support from my father's side family. So she always looks after us as a single mother. Though we got some agricultural land from father's name.We have property in Bihar and UP. Also agriculture land in Bihar. All the property and agricultural land are in family dispute and have not been resolved(no court case has been filed) . My grandfather had 2 brothers  and my father has two brothers too. All families live in both places (Varanasi+Bihar).  My other grandfather's (my grandfather's brother) got 3 children and they all 3 are married and have adult childrens. As my grandfather had lots of property so there is also a property dispute which is going on for a very long time. Just to clarify that no case has been registered ever. Because we always feel that we do not have anyone to support us and also financially we are not very strong. They always threaten my brother and my mother, now as my brother is married and have a child so they threaten them too. Currently my family lives in Varanasi in family property with my paternal uncle. There are multiple times when paternal uncles abused my brother and mother  and also they have beaten my family too . Recently a fight happened and police were called. Police took my brother and the paternal uncle to the police station but there was no FIR registered. Police have given a warning and ask my brother not to be involved in a fight next time instead just collect the evidence. SO worried about my mother and my brother's family and have no idea what we can do and what our rights are ??
