Non regularisation of leave
Sir,
I am presently working in a central govt organisation in Group-A (Trainee). However prior to this I had been in another PSU for roughly a month. During the interview of my present job, I was in my probation period in the previous PSU as the interview was just within 10 days of joining in the previous PSU. Anticipating that I would not get an NOC from the PSU, I did not mention about that job in the forms filled up at the interview date. But I informed about the same here at the time of recruitment and they took an undertaking. During the interview I had taken a casual leave permission from my superior stating absence in the training for personal/Health grounds( did not mention about any job interview). However because of non access to HR-SAP, I could not apply for those leaves and my superior considered them as attendances without going for any further leave regularisation process. Now as I have got the complete resignation acceptance and No-Demand certificate from that PSU, will these leaves be of any problem for future processes like Police verification or something else as I do not have any official record of such leaves.
