Alteration of boundaries of residential plot after cancellation of power of attorney

In 1971 Mr A and B obtained power of attorney from Mr C, Mr D and Mr E. A and B executed sale deed to Mr S for plot 36 in 1976 with all four directions of plot being incorrectly mentioned In 1985 power of attorney granted to A and B is cancelled and in turn they have given it to Mr D and Mr E in 1985 Mr D and E sold same plot number 36 to Mr Z with all four directions correctly mentioned in 2004 Mr S realises that his document registered in 1976 has boundaries incorrectly mentioned and so gets alteration document registered in registration office - executed by A and B in 2005 Mr S sold the plot to Mr P By now Mr Z was in physical possession of the plot and had even taken bank loan Mr Z filed Permanent Injunction Case in lower court and got the same against Mr P Mr P filed appeal in district court and got the injunction vacated - now what relief does Mr Z have in high court appeal and chances to win his case to re instate injunction order - suppose Mr Z files Title Suit will he win as Mr S realised mistake and did alteration after 28 years and got the alteration document executed by people whose power of attorney was already cancelled kindly suggest what legal remedies are available
