SBI card harrashment

Hello Sir, I own an SBI credit card and have been paying timely installments since 2018. But this month I was supposed to pay my due by 4th of midnight. Since 10 days I have been receiving calls from one lady representing SBI and did not disclosed her complete identity and was intimidating to send her agents to where ever i was present. Same time she was enquiring me about my house address and details of family members. To my shock she called to my younger brother and mother and started asking them amount and EMI. I did not shared my family members mobile numbers any where in SBI portal or physical application as of my knowledge. (Even in physical form i have ,my two alternative numbers) This lady is very rude and repeatedly calling me to clear due though i have sufficient time. Secondly I have time to pay penalty with fine after due date. She was intimidating me to cause damage to my reputation in public in process of collecting amount. 10 days week passed. I already paid 50 % of EMI by 1.30 pm today, I received number of call from lady and family members too received calls from her. Debt collector already reached my house and was waitign for me. I confirmed him 50% payment and shared photos and messages of payment. I confirmed him to pay the rest of EMI by today night. But the debt collector started creating nonsense before my house to clear the debt before 3 pm and was creating a nonsensce. He standed before main door and insted not to move untill payment is made. I requested him to come back after 1 hr as i was going out, but he said he will wait near door untill i come back. I repeatedly requested him to leave but no response and he started behaving rudely against me and he hit my mobile to ground and broke it. After some non sense he left my home. I paid my balance EMI later evening as commited. Sie i have face situtation where i was forced to pay money and continueous harrashment and intimidation to spoli my reputation at home and work. I have lots of options for payment in due course of law. On what basis i have to file the case against them, please advice.
