Took Distributorship but terminated before 1 year want money back

A company approached me after lockdown and said they will provide me business. They want to appoint me as their distributor for a particular city. They said if you want the distributorship you need to pay us 10000 rupees. After few conversations i was convinced and i took the distributorship. I paid him 5000 in advance and they sent me the 6 goods costing 10000 and the contract duly signed by them after i received the goods, I paid them remaining 5000. After attaining the business i was exited. After few days they gave me a order and i delivered the goods on time. On the Delivery of goods I took my margin and paid remaining 2500 to them. After that they gave me a orders in a very long time period and all othe orders given by them were not delivered because in some order people refused and in some orders people said that the goods and the company is Fraud. After these incidents I clearly look over the whole matter and I found that there’s something wrong in this company and business. When i told the company executive with whom I always contact he said everything is fine. But i was not satisfied with that so decided to terminate the contract and send their goods back to them. After that i terminated the contract before one year after the 3-4 months of contact date and sent them the termination of contract via email and WhatsApp. I told him to transfer my money back he said he will do that but it takes 90 days time for money back according to their contract and T/C them i told him that the contract Doesn’t contain any of these clauses or T/C. I gave him 20 days time to give my money back according to my termination letter provided to him. After few days I called him he picked the call and said he will do that ASAP but as always he lied. After the completion of the 20 days time period I called him again and told him to close my account and give the confirmation of termination of contract and Provide the time he will be giving my money back. But still more that one and half month has pass he is still not giving any satisfactory answer. He is still picking up my call.
