Full & Final Settlement from Company Due

Hello ! I worked with an Organization for approx 5.5years and with proper Notice period and Exit Interview with the Chairman or Company I had exit that Company. I followed up so hard to get my Releaving letter from the company which i received then I got an Full and Final Salary Amount settlement sheet from the HR. I left the company on 31st Sep’19 and Till Date I have been following up with The Accounts Team / Chairman of this Company to clear my Dues along with the Gratuity since I am eligible for Gratuity as well as I have worked for more then 5years but there is No responce from the Company till now.. Initialy they gave dates that it will be cleared but nothing was done and now they have stopped Replying to my Followups.. I have been continuesly chasing with the Company through whasap / Email / Phone calls but no responce from the Company’s side. It’s been approx 1.5years of Followup now. In between I sent them Legal Notice as well twice once through via Advocate and another time via Labour Court Advocate But there was no responce over the same as well from the Company’s side. I request your guidance and support to get my Full and Final clearence from the company as the Pending Amount is close to INR 2Lakhs. Thanks in Advance !
