Certificate of bachelorhood (Affidavit) / Parents Consent Affidavit Validity

Hi All, I am Indian national planning to do Foreign marriage (Philippines). When I check the requirements to obtain Legal Capacity from the Indian Embassy Philippines Website: https://www.eoimanila.gov.in/page/miscellaneous/, I came to know that two affidavits have to be submitted. As follows * ) Original Joint / Separate affidavit of parents of the Indian national, giving consent to the marriage with the Filipino national irrespective of any age which should be authenticated by: Locally notarized from India (if staying in India) OR Attested by Indian Mission in the country (if staying outside India). *) Certificate of bachelorhood issued by the area Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) / Court authorities, from where the applicant belongs; counter-attested by the Home Department of the State concerned; and then counter-attested by the CPV Division of the Ministry of External Affairs, Patiala House, New Delhi. My Questions are 1. What will be the validity period of both the documents?. (At present I am in India and will travel to Qatar for the job. After 1 year I will travel to Philipines from Qatar for Marriage). So is it valid to make the affidavits 1 year before?. 2. Is it possible for a second person to make these affidavits in my absence?. Then how it's possible. (Anything like I can give a Power of Attorney to my parents to make both documents). Thanks and Regards Riyas
