Mental harrasment at work place ?

Sir/ Madam Regards of the day, I am working as an assistant Clerk in Guru Nanak Khalsa Sr. Sec. School, Sector - 30 B, Chandigarh Since [deleted]. I had been harassed by the manager and officiating headmistress from last one year. the reason behind this harassment is that they wants me to give them a wrong written statement against our headmistress, whom they want to expelled from the school. when i denied it they all are started harassing me. due to their harassment i became unconscious and fell down during the school hours. our staff members took me to govt hospital. The doctors examined me and suggested me take psychiatric session i was under stressed. My medical treatment is still going on. sir due to harassment in the school i become a patient of stress. when i applied for medical leave along with medical documents. but they clearly reject it and infact they issue me a suspension order showing me absence from duty. till date harassment doesnt stop now they held an enquiry against me.. the reason for suspension wasnt cleared by them till date infact they issue me a charge sheet and held an enquiry after 4 months of suspension. in the mean time my father had filed a complaint against them regarding my mental harassment in order to save my life. and at the same time i filled a case in high court against their illegal suspension and mental harassment. sir kindly guide me can they held another enquiry against me when my case was filled in high court and enquiry regarding the same matter was continuing in police station?
