Employee-Emplyer contract
I am going to join in a well reputed MNC company where I have been asked to a sign a 3 years bond. If I am quitting my job In the first year then I should pay my salary CTC amount. If I quit job in the second year then 75% of my CTC. Subsequently during third year then 50% of my CTC.
Also I might get a chance to go to Japan by end of this year. I'm not very sure of it. I will only know it for sure by the end of March.
So now I have decided to sign the contract because I don't want to miss this opportunity. But If I get a chance to go to Japan I will definitely choose Japan over this company.
Now let's assume that I am getting a chance to go abroad by end of this year for which I will have to break the bond. In that case,
1. Will the company have the right to sue me?
2. Should I have to pay my CTC as quoted in the bond as compensation?
3. Can I relieve from the company without fine or penalty?
4. If the company sends a legal notice to me will that affect my VISA procedures in any way?
