Legal action

Hey,, I recently joined a company as a freelancer for data entry. They gave me to make lot of resumes in a stipulated short number days, I agreed. I came across this job in LinkedIn. I thought it will be easy. They asked me to provide my name, email id and a Id proof. I gave my necessary details. They sent an agreement, it looked half real, half fake to me. It was written that after I complete the work after the give days, I am free to leave the company and I will be paid. If my accuracy isn't right they will pay me less and if I leave in between they will charge me 5500 rupees. I signed the agreement digitally. However just after signing the contract, I came across their website and saw their reviews. It said its a total fraud company. They never ask pay you even after you did the work and instead charge you money. I got tensed and asked if i could stop working because I haven't even started yet. Now my main concern is should I continue this job? Because looking at the thousands of complaints, this totally looks like a fraud company. Should I block the numbers? Will they send me a legal notice through mail? Is it valid? Since they are a fraud company itself
