Employer provided bad conduct in relieving letter
Hi All,
I worked with a startup for 1.4yrs and then resigned as my manager(owner of the company also) was torturing me mentally very much. Being the owner nobody in team could support me or raise a voice against her. After resignation also she was still torturing me. After a week, I voiced out this to my client and requested to help me get my documents as I wanted a smooth exit. My voice was never heard internally. Next day my acces was removed and I was not even informed. After tons of follow-ups I finally got my relieving document written where I had a bad conduct and dint serve notice period of 3 months. Another point to note is I earlier resigned within 3 months of joining due to the mental harrasment from another employee who is dearest to manager. I was requested to stay back as nobody else was on team, manager left for maternity, other lady has resigned and another guy was terminated overnight and company was answerable to client for deliverables on personal grounds and agreed to relieve me early later part when I plant to leave in future.
Details:
Startup : hardly 4 employees, no hr no finance dept all are proxies her family members just speak for the moment acting for the role.
Owner is manager she could be one more employee so total around 10 people if we count manager/owner, acting Hr and finance guy.
I have proofs about her torture towards me including my therapist letter suggesting to leave this work environment.
She does not have any escalations against me from client.
She also promised me a fake hike of 30% and later cheated me on that too!
She did same with another employee too!
Now I need to provide a decent relieving letter to apply for jobs. When I call them and ask they put it on the other person and just delay. Please guide me.
