Want to vacate the tenant

Hello All, I have given my house for rent on october 2020 & they were paid rent for one month on november... even though delay of more than 10 days.. from due date of 23rd november is what they have to pay. Now from then, they NOT paid rent from last two months till now. Moreover, on november I informed them to vacate the house in next two months, as they were creating lot of problems. As not paying bills / rent/ no one staying at house, and on rent date, they close hose for almost 10 to 15 days and never turn back. SOmeone coming to home at mid night 11Pm and sleeping, its now a security cocnern hence, I informed to vacate two months before. As per the agreement, if we want to vacate should be informed in 2 months advance and it applicable same to them. Now, next week it turns two months and seems to eb they not paying rent neither vacating the house. Can someone help me how to proceed on this and my requirement is to get them vacate... as its an security concern rather getting rent for my house. Moreover, the advance they paid 50% and they said will pay 50% after 3 months, which will end up on 25th JAN, so there is no way they will pay the rest of the advance and the regular rent. Anyone, please help me how to take this legally to get them vacate the house.
