Abusing Lang and threaten by collection agent over call

I have taken a loan Amount of Rs 25000 in 2019 through app and was paying montly installments regularly and completed amount of Rs 16000 now from last year due to financial issue and covid19 I was unable to make a payment however i was in touch with advisor through mail and whasapp. Earlier I was taking continous follow up to close my loan by paying settlement amount but company denied to accept the same so i decied to make a payment. On 11th Jan i had a conversation with company employee in which she was sharing me different amount so due to amount mismatch i was waiting for amount clarification however paid the emi on 14th,Jan but on the same day one person to my father office phone no and absued him very badly to coincidently that was my father who handle that call. In which he was using because of bad sex your child is like this,You (father) are a transgender and very word about my mother and family member. Later I have shared all this to.my brother he tried to talk to him but he was also threatening to him and threatening to visit my address. So after this all harrassment I logged a complaint to nearest police station on the same day then very next i received a call by Incharge in which he said they were also abusing to them and suggested to logged a fir
