What should i do..how to contact lawyers from other states?

My dad yesterday went to bangalore owing to an interview call by a collg which turned out 2 b fake . My dad took some money during lockdown in order to get a work done , from one of his colleagues in hyderabad. Along with it, he added that as he has lost his job nd 4 months salary he is returning home. It will take sometime and everything was well known by the colleague . But as some issues rose nd work remained pending , the party started pressurising dad to return money back. My dad in october made few payments but a total of 1.70 is remaining. So to trap him these colleagues became those fake collg officials, called him bangalore for a job interview nd took him to police station complaint (FIR not registered). The police is torturing ( beating nd more) dad nd the party has demanded to pay 1.25 laks from which my dad already paid 20k . Now i in delhi along with maa with 10k in hand as savings has been spent in lockdown what should we do. No one is offering help for money coz everyone is suffering bcoz of lockdown and we cant go there..what should we do.?
