Please help.......Fake FIR u/s 354a/506/509

Need help urgent basis. Pls help me..... I am 35 years old,I am doing private job. I had newly shifted in my incomplete home with my family my mother age 75 years old, my wife age 32 years, my one elder daughter age 6 years,2nd daughter age 3 years. I am only one earning person and I have huge responsibility of my family. my neighbor regularly doing quarrel with me and my wife and use abuse language. One day again his family had done quarrel with my wife and use abuse language.We noticed they are doing same again and again so my wife had give a written complaint against his family to police and when we had come back home they again start quarrel with us and we call pcr and again we both family went to police station In the police station they try to avoid register my complaint but when I strongly denies ,Police register a complaint from my wife site on them u/s 451/506/509/34 also on same date police register a fake complaint on me from his 17 years old daughter u/s 354A/506/509 .And police said we register a cross complaint from both party. After that I called a senior citizens meeting and he said in the meeting in the front of all people its was my mistake and said "apne aap ko bachene ke liye jo mere dimag main aaya maine wo kar diya,maine ye galat complait kar di hai , main apni complaint vapis le legunga aur tum apni complaint vapas le lena". but hamne apni complaint wapis nahi le thi.aur nahi usne muje koi maffinama written main diya tha. After the one and half month back they again fight with me and with wife and they heavily attack on us.My wife was pregnant so my pregnant wife got admit in the hospital for four days. then this time police had not take any action and when I ask for the register complaint against him, police person said when your wife will discharge then we will take action according to doctor report.but when my wife is in the hospital I went in the local ps where I give a return complaint from my site and from my wife side also. This time after 1-2 month back police issue a calandra against me and my wife and his and his wife. here police save his other family member his two daughter and one son who are deeply involve in fighting with us. and police Shaw we both family are disturb social piss We both party went for 3-4 date in SEM court for this and after that this case me and my wife give a Mafinama and SEM court case got final. Police show this we both family were doing fighting on parking issue. But now after one and half year back complaint which was register from his daughter sight on me rise up by police and His daughter already give her statement at the front of magistrate in court (statement of 164), to return his complaint said , mera padosi tab mera pichha karta tha mujhe chedta tha maine ye bat apne parent ko batai to isne mere parent ke sath jhagda kiya aur mujhe galiya di. par is ghatna ko ek saal se bhi uper ka samy ho gaya hai. ye ab mujhe tang nahi karta main ab iske khilaf koi kanuni karwahi nahi karna chahti, wanhi dusari taraf police ne ladki ke bayand ke according, jabardasti jhute maffiname par mera sign karwa liya h. aur ye shaw kiya h main uska picha karta tha. hamane jo complaint ki thi police ne use par koi karwahi nahi ki aur police begunah hote hua bhi mujhe tang kar rahi h ye kah kar ki tere khilaf comlaint h.jabki hamen pahle complaint ki thi aur uspar koi action nahi liya ja raha h. abhi charge sheet file nahi hui h. mujhe dar lagata hai kahi police mujhe arrest na kar le. mere pass ladki ke father ke saath phone call recording hai jisme usne accept kiya h wo maine apne aap ko bachane ke liye jhoothi compaint ki thi.mera mera aas pados bhi janta h ki ye usne jooti complain ki h. Please help me what can I do. kya police hamain bataye bina hamari complaint close kar sakti h? Ladki ne jo bayan diya h,kya ladki ke statement ke baad bhi mujhe par ki gayi fake complaint khatam nahi hoti?aur mujhe saja ho sakti hai? Agar nahi to kya call recoding mujhe begunah sabit karne ke liye kafi nahi h, jisme uske father ne kaha h woh jhooti complaint h? kya police mujhe arrest kar sakti h? Please help me
