Providing experience letter but regret to provide relieving letter
I have joined the company in the month of Dec 2018 as a Senior Software Engineer.
This is with regards to my role cessation from company, as on 2nd December, 2020.
In the month of Oct, I was informed by Unknown Manager that my current role in my company will be demised within 6 weeks of timeframe and that further information is to be communicated by HR after this deadline. When they provided 6 weeks of time I did not find any opening inside the company for hyderabad location through the portal.
I was informed on 2-Dec-2020 that today would be my last working day.
During the first discussion, I have clearly asked that , if I do not get relevant role then what will be the next action taken by company. They told me that HR will get back to me ,though they even did not clearly informed me that I will be terminated from the company. All of sudden my access got revoked on 02-Dec-2020 and I was terminated from the company.
I have learnt from Unknown Manager that there have been multiple communications between him and my management - however my manager has not informed me of any such unprecedented development
During covid situation I have been worked for company continuous 4 month without any leave. Management agreed lot of work and they put pleasure on me and did not provide any befit. Just use and through the employee.
Also, as per the LHH transition program - I was given a flexible duration of 1 months during my discussion with unknown manager in order to get prioritisation for employment in company. On 02-Dec-2020 I was asked them to provide me one more month time to get the opportunity but they regret it.
It has come to my knowledge that there have been cases wherein resources who were dismissed previously on similar grounds have got a formal relieving document offered(2019) - therefore I would request company please proceed with this formal process - otherwise my career will be at stake and is likely to end with current company. HR team informed me that in the current year rules have changed, that is the reason SERVICE EXPERIENCE letter only provided due to role cessation.
I am being "relieved" from the services of the organisation on the grounds of role termination. This activity unfortunately impacts my future prospects with my next employer and therefore request that this be taken into consideration on reasonable grounds to issue me only a "SERVICE EXPERIENCE and RELIVING LETTER" instead of just a SERVICE EXPERIENCE letter.
I informed HR over calls and mails, My parents and family are heavily dependent on my income. I request HR team kind understanding to my situation, therefore I would humbly request you on humanitarian grounds to please save my career.
There were multiple communication between me and HR but they were not listening me and they harassing me
Note : In my offer letter also not mentioned role redundant point in terms and conditions. However they have ceased my role.
