What I do If bank and banking obudsman both not answered about unauthorised transactions.
My profile section is hacked and the hacker accesses the profile section
done transactions without OTP there are 18 unauthorised transactions but the OTP
comes only for 2 transactions which are also approved without my share or permission i
not get all transactions debit messages on my registered mobile number which comes
they are also not in sequence according to the sequence of transactions i get only few.
My account is blanked but I am not given any confidential or important information to
any one. My savings account is used only by me and internet banking access on only
my personal mobile and laptop.I am not saved username or password in any site. I am
not given any OTP not clicked in any link how it can be possible to access my profile
section without my permission.I already complained in the Police station and Cyber cell
and bank. The whole incident happened at night when I slept at my Home when i woke
up in morning and saw the debit messages then i first changed the passwords quickly
then after registered complaint on SBI helpline number due to sunday my savings
accounts branch is closed then i visit the another branch of SBI and request to Hold the
account these all process done with in 4 to 5 hours from the unauthorised transactions
done on same date..My all complains are closed from bank side and still i am not got answer about my amount that what happen of my amount. so i am requestng please solve this problem and recover my
amount as soon as possible. I all ready complained in banking obudsman 2 months before but still i not got any resolution . Transaction done on 11/10/2019 and banking obudsman complain done on 13/11/2019 Thankyou.
