Thumping noise from the floor above

Hello Sir /Madam, We moved into our apartment 3 months back . Our neighbours who is staying upstairs making thumping noises while walking especially whenever we used to have a nap in the afternoon whether it's 3 or 4 p.m As it's corona period their son who is studying g in 12th std playing ball inside their home, sometimes it extends late in the night from 9.30 to 10.30 p.m Requested them not to play or make noise through our common flat what's app message He asked why to message in common instead I should hav told in person Immediately the next day at 4.00a .m in the morning loud noise while we were sleeping in the bedroom Personally I watsapp the reason for such sounds From there the problem continues till date!!!! I also did some mistakes he makes noise was using harsh words like dog and saniyan not all the time Pulled out his sapling in the common area Dropped some rangoli powder in common planting areas where he planted new trees 9n some other place Felt that I should not hav done such things and planted tge same sapling . Am feeling bad and he is shouting in abusive languages in louder voice and complaining against me to all the neighbours about plucking the plants or throwing rangoli powder and in common watsapp too.But I didn't open my mouth or complained to anyone about his noises nuisance created to me by him. Ours is a JV of 50/50 We were the landowners earlier for 40 years.
