Purchase of property
Sir I have purchased a property for 52 lakhs, for which I have made two Notarised agreements one for 52l and another for 40L ( as seller don't want to show all his money as white money), but during valuation the valuers of bank told me that map is not legally valid.
I have taken possession after giving him 5 lakhs, as per our agreement.
But now I am not able to get loan from my bank due to this and seller is saying me to bear half expenditure for passing map, which is not possible for me.
As per our agreement any type of legal deficiency is the sole responsibility of seller. I have not breached the any term.
I am already very much under debt.
Previously 143 was not passed for which he has taken 3 months.
Now he is saying to release payment of 7 lakhs which I have to give after 1. 5 months, I already told him at starting also write in the agreement that time of payment will be extended by the time he will take to clear legal papers (143 etc) .
Now I am very much depressed what to do for that my hard earned money is with the person.
What and how can I proceed. Proof of call and video recording are there. Proof for The house was in our possesion is also there.
