Complaint against school

I was hired as an Animation trainer at on 7 march 2020. As you are aware that from 22 March lock down was imposed and all the activities were seized, So I did work from home till April mid and was paid too. But after that I was told to be on leave without pay till September and was told after the things will be back on the track again I'll be paid from the month of September. I waited till the mid of October and after receiving no such positive response from the school I enquired but my calls, emails and messages were constantly ignored by the school management. Moreover, at the end of December they contacted me and asked me to look for another job and when I asked them the reason of it they didn't gave an appropriate answer to it and made excuses. I being the eldest child was the only earning hand to the family. Thus, I have been facing many financial issues since March and the only reason I chose to continue working in this school was a hope of being paid from September, but the act of the school of terminating me from this job vanished it all. So, I humbly urge you to take some serious action against the school and help me out.
