Can bank file execution petition for outstanding credit dues?

Right now my credit card outstanding is showing by bank is Rs 141000 .On 20.03.2018 a collection agent called me & offer a settlement amount of rs 30000 & asked me to pay rs 5500 & balance amount in one instalment & on that day he will give me the settlement letter. I agreed & paid rs 5500 but after that person never received my calls. Later on after 5 months another person called me & offer me settlement at rs 30000 & asked to pay rs 7000 & balance in one installment , on that day he will give me the settlement letter. I refuse to give any amount without settlement letter as i told him previously one person already committed me the same thing but later on he did not received my calls but later. But second person convinced me & i have paid rs 7000 but the same thing happened , later on the second person was also did not received my calls. Then on 17.10.2018, i had a discussion with one of the employee with a settlement amount of rs 30000 & ask to pay rs 5640 & balance amount on next month. I told her already 2 times same statement given to me by two different person & two timesbi paid rs 12500 but the did not received my calls after receiving the payments. But the lady who called me told to write her employee id & to write a letter & she told that letter will be signed by the collection agent who will visit my house to take rs 5640. She convinced me & asked to pay rs 5640 on 17.10.2018 & balance rs 25360 on next month. On the same day when i will pay rs 25360 the settlement letter will be given to me, i told her to give the settlement letter now but she told as holidays are going they are unable to give me the letter now. As discussed with the lady employee i wrote a letter & signed by the collection agent & paid rs 5640. But after one month the lady was also not received my calls. Then on 18.11.2018 another person called me & told me to pay rs 7000 & balance rs 18360 after 5 days & on that day the settlement letter will be given to me. But i refuse to pay any amount without settlement letter as i told him previously 3 times i have paid & three person never received my calls. But the last person also convinced me & i have paid rs 7000 on 17.11.2018. Same thing happened on fourth time with me, that person never received my calls. Now i have received a sms where they are telling they have sent me a execution notice, and i have to pay rs 141000 & if i failed to pay the entire amount then they will file execution petition against me on court. Please suggest me how can i handle this situation?
