Apply pan card with father name initials problem

Hello Sir/Madam, My Name is Ravi Kumar and my father name is J.P. Gupta in all my educational documents (10th, 12th, Graduation) + ID Proofs (Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving Licance etc.). I want to apply for a PAN card but someone told me initials are not allowed in PAN Card. According to him i cannot apply PAN card with my father name as J P Gupta because name has initials (J P). It is true? So Please help me that can i apply my PAN card with my father's same name as mentioned in all my educational and id proofs (J P Gupta). Or i will apply PAN card with my father's full name as "Jay Prakash Gupta". I have no proof for his full name as Jay Prakash Gupta as all in my documents his name is J P Gupta. 1. If i apply with full name "Jay Prakash Gupta" can it will be reject by PAN authority? because i have no proof. 2. If i apply with full name "Jay Prakash Gupta", it is possible to link Aadhaar with PAN in Income Tax website as father name is different in both document (in aadhar - J P Gupta). 3. If i apply with full name "Jay Prakash Gupta", it is possible to link aadhaar and PAN with my existing bank accounts? 4. If i apply with full name "Jay Prakash Gupta", can it will create problems for me as father name will be different in my various document. (J P Gupta in - aadhar, voter id, DL and all educational documents) and (Jay Prakash Gupta in my PAN Card). Please suggest me any easy way to overcome this problem. Thanks in advance Thanks
