Full and final salary withhold after terminating me from job.

I was terminated from my position in lockdown. It happened on call first on 31 may by HR. They told me that they don't need my service anymore. As I was living on rent at that time with high prices and was out of money during lockdown so I left city and moved to my village. Coz their was no conversation occurred about me and my salary from the company. When I reached home I contacted HR for my full and final settlement then she asked me what company properties I have and I told I have some diary and 1 laptop with charger which never been in use as company didn't provide the charger. HR said she will contact me after some time but then I got call from her after few months that I need to return laptop anyhow or they will file police complaint against for theft. In reply I asked about my settlement for which she said I need to come to office and I refused coz I can't afford going there. Then she again didn't contact for months. It's going to be 7 month sooner since I got terminated now HR is verbally assaulting me for theft and treating me. I even proposed the idea to send the laptop through courier but she said she will let me know about it after I asked who will pay for courier and whose responsibility it will be if any damage happens to the laptop. So please help me how I should deal with it.
