Mismatch in Parents' Names in Documents

Hi I am currently planning to apply for masters program in US & Europe. I have a few concerns related to my documents. I am an Indian citizen born in Narnaul, Haryana, India, did my schooling in Nepal, undergraduation in India and worked in India for 3+ years. My parents' names slightly differ in my various documents as follows - All My Educational Certificates (X, XII Marksheets & Undergraduate College Marksheets and Degree) - Father's name - Hira Lal Agrawal Mother's name - Kamalesh Agrawal All my other official documents (Passport, etc.) - Father's name - Hira Lal Mother's name - Kamlesh Devi My father's official document has Hira lal and my mother's official document has Kamlesh Devi. The discrepancies were created because I got my passport much later during my undergraduate years. Can you please let me know what problems I may face during my application process and VISA approvals? Also, what are the possible solutions for such cases? Your help is much appreciated.
