Family business share issue with brothers and father

Hi, I have a family clothing business which constitute a 5Cr 3 storey showroom( built on the ancestral property given to my dad and an uncle by my grandmother), plus the clothing assets/material worth 2-3Cr in showroom. My uncle gave away his share to my father in a verbal agreeement or probably through a deed as my father helped him purchase another showroom in 1990( I think he still has name in my uncles showroom sale deed) I was asked to leave my hometown 8 years ago by my brothers without any money or help as I was only highly educated child (post graduate). Meanwhile the business grew and there are other multi-storey villa, another plot and other liquid assets that’s been purchased through the Business income. My dad never wanted to give me any share. My father and mother sway towards my 2 brothers since they lived with them as they have a lot of money now. I have been asking for a partition for last 8 years but they completely ignore and keep fighting on such discussion. I want to know my right in the business, physical showroom, another assets purchased through its income. And will this be a partition suit for property or a business suit.How can this be approched and what’s my legal rights in this case.
